The owner can use his apartment for as long as he wishes, but for organizational reasons he must notify in advance the dates he wishes to leave it in operation. If the owner decides to come with a `last minute` you should call reception to verify if your apartment is free for the desired period. When the owner leaves his apartment, he must pay the fixed cleaning fee to re-rent his apartment. If you wish to rent through Westhaven Bay you must comply with the condition of payment of 25% fees for administration, reception, cleaning and third party fees (not applicable for own use). You can also optionally hire the Booking.com promotion.
If the owner wishes to take control and knows enough people who wish to rent his apartment, then he may have a greater benefit. This is also legal …
In this case, the 25% fees will not be paid to the operator, but only a fixed fee of € 120 + IGIC (7%) for the client`s registration at the hotel, the use of the reception service, the delivery of keys , towels and a cleaning after departure. (This price is only valid for stays between 1 night and a maximum of 2 weeks. For longer stays, this should be discussed with Westhaven Bay.
